If you haven't updated your ad campaigns for Q4, make sure to do that. I usually do a massive update to my automatic ad campaigns on Amazon with all of the new products I launched this year ahead of Q4, to capitalize on the increase in traffic Amazon sees. Often, ad budgets from your competition get spent early in the day (if they haven't adjusted them for the spike in traffic). As a result, you can often get very cheap clicks in November/December that aren't possible at any other point during the year.
